Founded in 2008, D G Constructions is the manufacturing arm of DG Group. We operate three plants in Karad and Lonand in Satara district, Maharashtra. Our products are crash-tested to European TB11 and TB42 standards — the highest certification required for Indian national highways.

We supply directly to NHAI contractors, state PWD departments, EPC companies, and infrastructure developers across all Indian states.

D G Road Safety Pvt Ltd is the project execution arm of DG Group. We specialize in crash barrier installation contracts — bringing the barriers from our factory directly to your highway project and installing them to MORTH specifications.

Our installation teams have executed projects across Maharashtra, Karnataka, Goa, Telangana, and other states. We offer supply-and-install contracts for complete project accountability.

All three plants are located near the Pune–Bangalore NH48 corridor, enabling efficient Pan-India logistics. Combined production capacity supports large national highway projects.

2008

D G Constructions Founded

Started as a small crash barrier manufacturer in Satara. First orders for Maharashtra state highways.

2012

Hot-Dip Galvanizing Plant

Established in-house galvanizing facility in Karad — enabling complete vertical integration from steel to finished barrier.

2015

European Crash Test Certification

Achieved TB11 and TB42 certifications under EN 1317 standard — enabling supply to NHAI national highway projects.

2018

D G Road Safety Pvt Ltd Established

Incorporated the installation arm of DG Group. Now offering complete supply-and-install contracts for highway projects.

2021

Third Manufacturing Plant — Lonand

Expanded capacity with the Lonand plant to meet growing demand for highway barrier projects across India.

Pan-India Operations
